A square meter of an apartment will be sold in dependence on the position of an apartment in the building, ranging from CZK 45.000/sq. m to CZK 60.000/sq. m incl. VAT 5%. Final prices for the apartments will be calculated according to requirements of each customer.

Each housing unit has an outdoor parking place amounting to CZK 90.000.

An apartment price includes:

- a housing unit incl. standard equipment and furniture made from solid timber by the Kinga company, kitchen unit, electric cooker, dishwasher and sink, range hood, etc.

- balconies, terraces, gardens (ground-floor apartments only), share in the common area and the land

- a club card for free entrance into the fitness centre and sauna, internet-cafe, beach volleyball court, climbing wall.

Payment Schedule:

Standard funding:

• signature of a booking contract – CZK 200.000 within 7 days as from signing the contract
• conclusion of a contract to sell a partially built housing unit and supplementary payment of CZK 10.000 within 7 days after signing the contract
• 30% of the purchase price within 14 working days as from signing the contract for work done
• 50% of the purchase price within 7 working days as from completion of the building shell
• 15% of the purchase price within 7 working days as from completion of assembly of kitchen, furniture
• 5% of the purchase price as from completion and handover of an apartment

The instalment calendar can be modified according to individual possibilities of each client.

In addition to the standard method of the purchase price payment, the investor offers other funding models including attractive funding with discount, which is intended for clients, who have a higher amount of the purchase price.

The investor cooperates with mortgage institutions and building societies, and provides its clients also with legal services.
