The project of attractive housing units, the construction of which has been divided by the investor into two stages, is situated in an attractive part of the centre of Lipno nad Vltavou; it will offer about 37 apartments of 26 - 68 m2, and 40 outdoor parking places.

Most of the apartments have a balcony; several ground-floor apartments have a front garden. The apartments include private parking places in front of the buildings. Naturally, there are also barrier-free apartments.

The given measurements of the rooms and spaces are set orientationally on the basis of the constructional study (survey, exploration). They will be specified and fixed after the documentation of the construction (that is) needed for the building permit will be put together.
